Ridiculous sale going on. Excellent customer service. I mean the absolute best. Not pushy, super courteous and very helpful. Have to check this place out product is rop notch and there is something for everyone in your family.

Found some cute clothes that were reasonably priced. The cashier was helpful and showed me how to save $5 by signing up for texts.

The people that work there are very nice and helpful. I came in at the closing time, however, they let me try things on and helped with the sizing instead of chasing me away. I feel I got a great customer support in the store!

The lady that helped me,was very friendly and helpful, if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have found anything 😃 I'm glad I stopped in! Go see her!! I can't remember her name but she is Caucasian, mid height slim, and has a heart of gold and a smile to match it . The tall slim guy...was mostly greeting and talking to everyone else...he never greeted me when I came in, but customers that came in after me he did. He never went out his way to ask if I needed anything, only if he made eye contact (and even the eye contact seemed fake)...i didn't feel comfortable even being around him, he gave off snotty vibes.

I really like Jcrew Factory especially for kids clothing and the men's selection. The clothing is well made, stylish, and classic. I appreciate the interesting textures of the fabrics. The employees are helpful but never overbearing and let you have your space to enjoy the shopping experience. The app is easy to use and I appreciate all of the sales. No need to ever pay full price because there is always a sale if you wait a day or two. I usually don't buy anything unless it's at least 30% off.
